Hey Friends,

RE: Let’s help save lives – Stop Distracted Driving #StopDD #ItCanWait #VidaNowTour

Thank you for taking time to read this and take action…this is something really close to my heart as I really value VIDA=LIFE! I’m excited to be doing live events and broadcast events “VIDA! NOW TOUR” to bring awareness to End Distracted Driving.

My friend and mentor Mitch Jackson (Streaming.Lawyer) brought

awareness to me personally about distracted driving and how dangerous it is and I am so very thankful I watched a video where he was sharing about this. I have since taken personal action in this and I don’t use my phone while driving anymore.

My team and I care so much about lives, that have taken the time to provide some resources here (videos and articles) for you to gain awareness about how distracted driving can injure or take lives.

Here is a great article Mitch recently wrote “Do The Right Thing In Your Social Media Community” that I wanted to share with you! [CLICK HERE]

I am collaborating with Mitch in this through sharing here as well as during my shows. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me and ask!

I am passing along these words of wisdom Mitch shared with me. Please don’t livestream, text or use your phones while driving. I value life and I’m taking a stand to save lives!

Please watch videos below and read some insights.

If you would also like to take a stand and bring awareness, please see the links below for more info and ways you can help save lives too.

Let’s End Distracted Driving #StopDD

Please Help Raise Awareness and Stop Distracted Driving

Each year, 4,000 to 6,000 people die and another 400,000 to 600,000 people are injured because of distracted driving in the United States (about 12 people a day). Globally, the annual number of deaths and injuries are in the millions.

We need your help. Please sign and share this Petition to help raise awareness to the dangers of distracted driving!

Each second during daylight hours, 600,000 people in the United States are operating a motor vehicle with a mobile device in their hand and engaged in distracted driving. The average time spent distracted driving is about 5 seconds. At 55 mph, that’s like traveling the length of a football field with a blindfold on.

More Dangerous Than Drunk Driving

Drunk driving kills almost 10,000 people and injures another 290,000 people each year in the United States. Experts are predicting that because of the increased use of mobile technology, the number of deaths due to distracted driving is on pace to exceed the number of drunk driving deaths in the next three to five years. What that means is you or a loved one will have a greater chance of being harmed or killed by a distracted driver than a drunk driver.

Help Educate and Raise Awareness

Please sign and share this petition, help educate others and raise awareness as to the dangers of all types of distracted driving. Please also remind your family and friends to turn off their phone BEFORE turning on their car.

If you have time and to help raise awareness on social media, please help promote StopDD.Today and hashtags #VidaNowTour #StopDD, #ItCanWait and #DontStreamAndDrive. If you have any questions, comments or needs, please reach out to Mitch Jackson on Twitter @MitchJackson or through his Facebook Page StopDD.Today. Thank you for caring and sharing!
